There are 3functions in Dalian united plant logistic department(material management;import & export; spare parts stock) in 3 sites of plant.
1 Providesdirection and supervision to logistics staffs in order to ensure theuninterrupted flow of logistics
2 Set /Changeprocedure and ensure implementation of company policy and goals.
3 Manage, planand organize daily logistics activity.
4 Lead the CostAnalyze and Cost cut down activity of Logistics department
5 Liaise withvarious department in achieving plans and targets
6 Liaise withCustoms/CIQ/EPZ Administration to establish and keep good relationship so thatcompany’s public image can be enhanced.
7 Analyze theforwarders’ performance to ensure company’s requirements are met.
8 Publishesreports on performance of logistics to Material Manager and Operation
9 Review therelated flow to ensure all the internal or external procedure and regulation
10 Perform theother duties assigned by Material Manager/Operation Manager/Regional
11 Hasresponsibility to plan, program and supervise the activities of all logisticsemployees and in-house that are responsible for the import, export and relatedsupport functions for specified customers.

Planning internal plant
? Ensure plant logistic processsmoothly; enhance communications between different departments.
? Productiongoods delivery performance within target.
? Responsibilityfor company goal relate with Logistic department
? Ensure theproduction planning optimized to maximized plant capacity.
? Logisticsdepartment cost control
? Productionfigures reporting
? Train anddevelop qualified staff for company.
? Budget ofmaterial data adjustment and analysis
Inventory control by optimizing call off material process
? Managing Plant Logistics andinventory; optimize logistics and call off purchase procedure and minimizerelated costs; create strategy plan between center logistic demands from salesand plants’ capacity.
? Responsibilityfor TP1 and turn over within target
? Monthlycycle counting and yearly inventory result are responsible.
Material management ? Demand oriented availability of calloff purchased and captive produced raw materials & spare parts underconsideration of the inventory targets, Make or Buy Decision, optimum landedcosts.
optimal supply of material resources according to framecontract;
optimization of stock levels considering fluent production
? Supportdepartment/plant CIP implement and achieved.
? Import& export goods cooperating agency to deliver goods on time, define rightcode for tax, no compliance issue in custom law.
? Monitorymaterial flow right in routing of SAP, and material consume on time.

? Keepproduction flow enough material and optimized production planning in maximizedcapacity.

2.1 Professional Experience
(external and/or internal)
More than 8 years of related experience on Logistics or Customs Affairrelated jobs, and 5 years of Department manager experience
