該職位來源于獵聘Aim and purpose of this positionThe aim of this position is to achieve the jointly agreed NFM budget (turnover, sales, margin and costs) and to expand the market on China & East Asia.The position is the interface between RHI Magnesita and the customer and coordinates the flow of information and legal transactions (offers, contracts, etc.) in accordance with the currently valid RHI Magnesita competence guidelines.Further responsibility:- Accounts receivable- Budget /Forecast - Strategic planning- Support and motivation of employees (INS)- Succession planning1.Tasks and responsibilities1.1. Functional and operational tasks(daily business tasks, routine tasks and interfaces to other departments, if not included in point 1.2/1.3) 70%Acquisition of new customers / expansion of existing customers?Analysis of the markets and competitors (includes overview of the entire refractory demand as well as the corresponding machines/equipment + lining costs in the own customer area)?Development of strategies and introduction of measures for successful and sustainable development of the market?Guidance & support of the employees (INS) regarding selection/implementation of the necessary measures in the acquisition and sales process?Ongoing review of FF raw material price development (in coordination with INP) and preparation of argumentation bases for any necessary product price adjustments for salesTechnical customer service ?Control and support of the technical customer service staff?Strategic placement and communication of the entire RHI Magnesita supply and service spectrum with the customer/customer organisation?Organization of customer events?Support of customers at trade fairs & symposia?Continuous review of the technical & economic competitiveness of the RHI Magnesita portfolio usedOptimizing the supply of RHI Magnesita products to the customer?Analysis & control of demand coverage/planning, including all areas and service technicians involved in the process?Internal needs assessment (new products, quality problems, process flow ...) and coordination or clarification with the departments within RHI Magnesita?Sales meetings: internal exchange of experience ?knowledge comparison (involvement of an expert if necessary)Contract management?Review/release/tracking in the contract management processCommercial tasks?Ensuring the implementation of overriding sales strategies and profit targets?Planning/review/displayDemand for supervisors & design resources the stock situation of the Rolling Forecast the management of outstanding accounts the sales prices / costs / investments?Review/presentation of risks/customer complaints?Coordination of the commercial conditions with Commercial Management?Preparation of business plans1.2 Control - and Coordination tasks(e.g. project mgmt., coord. of workgroups/quality circles, legal entity mgmt-tasks etc.)15% (time in % for 1.2)Internal interfaces ?Interface between sales and product management / construction?Interface between sales and commercial management?Interface between sales and purchasing/SCM?Interface between customer and NFM in individual cases - if required?optional: interface between customer and legal (sales) support (incl. insurance department)Deliveries on site & trials ?Release of tests and investments in customer plants?Decision/conflict resolution in the event of short-term resource bottlenecks for supervisors/service techniciansOptional: external interface?Definition of objectives and coordination of local activities 1.3 Leadership- and Management tasks 15% (time in % for 1.3)Leadership tasks?Carrying out the annual employee appraisals?Succession planningo The main tasks of the regional organization as well as the areas of responsibility must continue to be fulfilled in the future?Further development of directly subordinated employees ?Guidelines for the budget targets?Definition of the objectives to be achieved?Development of the global sales strategy?Employee motivation and creation of suitable framework conditions?Internal conflict resolution and identification of optimization potentialManagement-responsibility ?The Sales NFM leads the sales in China & East Asia
