外貿銷售助理
Position: Administrator Steel China
Location: Dalian
Main Departments to be cooperated: Sales & Marketing, Project Manager, CSR team, Controller, etc...
Main Responsibility:
1. Main responsibility is quotation calculation based on RHM procedure.
2. During calculation process, communicate with sales, marketing, SCM, resale and other relevant departments.
3. Communicate with project manager to make COSS calculation.
4. Maintain CRM system --- quotation part.
5. Provide support to Management team such as COGS comparison, data investigation, etc.
6. Fulfill other requirement or tasks assigned by Management team.
1. 主要職責為根據相關公司流程計算中國區鋼鐵業務報價;
2. 在報價過程中,與銷售部,市場部,外采購,CSR團隊以及其他部門保持緊密溝通,協調,以保證準確,及時完成;
3. 與項目經理溝通,計算報價中現場費用設備,人工等費用部分;
4. 維護CRM系統中報價部分;
5. 為管理部門提供相關數據,例如:成本比較,數據調查等;
6. 滿足管理部門提出的相關工作任務和需求。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Minimum 3 years of work experience in commercial area.
Good team player, communicative, result oriented, ability to cope with stress and self-driven, patient and hard-working, earnest and careful, with strong ability to solve problems.
3. Good command of English (written & spoken)
4. Good computer skills in MS-office such as Word, Excel, Power point.
5. SAP experience or experience of working in Multi-national Company is an advantage.
